Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange your Maison S products excluding oils, being that they have not been opened or used within 30 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges may be subject to review. Please provide send email or call us as soon as possible in the instance your machine isn’t operating or needs to be exchanged, also it will be helpful to add photos or videos supporting your claim.
Machine Return Policy
A customer may return any diffuser for any reason whatsoever within 30 days of the date of purchase or the date they receive the diffuser if it hasn’t been used or opened and with all parts. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible to ship diffuser back within the first 10 days.
Return Shipping Label
Maison S does not provide a shipping return label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Refunds will be issued 5 days after machines are returned and inspected.
Exchanges
A product can be exchanged for any item available on our website. Once your return is in transit, it will be processed, and your exchange will be sent out within 1-3 business days.
